Winsome Condra has more than 30 years of experience in Audit, Risk, and Compliance in the government, non-profit, and private sectors, and 8 years of Sales Marketing, with vast knowledge in the transportation, manufacturing, and electrical distribution industries. Ms. Condra served in two capacities since joining MES in 2020, beginning as the Internal Auditor responsible for implementation and management of the MES Internal Audit Department, and the Chief of Procurement responsible for the Purchasing, Contract, and MBE/SBR functions. Her background includes leading projects and process improvements end-to-end—aligning stakeholders, translating goals into measurable plans, and sustaining results over time. Ms. Condra brings integrity, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset to every role, and she thrives where strategy and day-to-day execution intersect.
In her role as Acting Managing Director, Ms. Condra is responsible for the group’s Environmental, GIS, Stormwater, BWIA, Energy, and other ancillary functions. She is a seasoned operations and business leader with a track record of improving efficiency, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and delivering outcomes in fast-moving environments. Ms. Condra holds a BBA with a major in Finance from Pace University in New York and holds a certification in internal control auditor.
