In 2019, MES was contracted by Maryland’s most western county to operate and manage their water and wastewater program. This includes 27 treatment facilities throughout the county. MES worked closely with the county’s administrators, public utilities personnel, commissioners, and human resources team to assure a seamless transfer of operations.
